Physician Assistant
Sam received his BS degree in 2021 and his Master’s in Physician Assistant degree and board certification in 2025. He joined Exodus Healthcare in 2026.
He is married to Erika with two daughters and their mini-Australian Shepherd, Rosie. He enjoys staying active at the gym and competing in Spartan Races. He and his family love spending time outdoors. Sam grew up on the beach in San Diego, surfing and listening to music. He is a big sports fan and played football at BYU.
Sam’s primary interests are in sports medicine and orthopedics, performing in-office procedures, and values the clinical side of medicine in general. He can speak some Spanish and looks to expand his abilities doing so.
