Ellen Kahn, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Family Nurse Practitioner
Ellen is a board certified family nurse practitioner and received her undergraduate from the University of Utah. She graduated with her Master’s and Doctorate of Science in Nursing from Westminister University. Ellen joined Exodus Healthcare Network in 2023.
She enjoys everything outdoors, whether it be hiking, skiing or camping. Ellen also trains and participates in competitive boxing.
Ellen has a special interest in women’s health, adolescent health and underserved populations such as persons of color and the LGBTQIA+ community.
